PACK OF 3 mini confetti balloons - complete with straws.

Choose from either:

Can be used to pop in the top of cakes, used as party decoration, also great for party bags.

Once inflated, each balloon measures approx 5 inches high. Straws also included (patterns of straws may vary)

♥ HOW TO ASSEMBLE:♥

♥ Pump up your balloons and tie. (If inflating with your mouth please be careful as the confetti can come back into your mouth, we recommend using a pump.)

♥ Shake balloon well - to separate confetti.

♥ Rub each blown up balloon against your clothing to create static: this makes the confetti stick to the sides of each balloon.

♥ make a small slit in the top of the straw. Pull the base of the balloon through the slit in the straw and trim off the excess balloon.

PLEASE NOTE: the balloons come flat for you to blow up and assemble yourself. The confetti is not edible, please use under adult supervision. No helium needed.

TOP TIP: to get the balloon more round, over inflate, then release a little air to form a lovely circular shape balloon.
