Outside the U.K: Please note; we are based in the U.K. Therefore, please leave at least 15 business days for your order to arrive from date of dispatch. We use Royal Mail International Shipping, which does not include tracking codes. (Depending on postal service and customs it may take a little longer.)

Returns: If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to resolve your issue and ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Items eligible for return must be unused, unopened and returned in their original packaging within 14 days of placing your order. A store credit will be issued after the return has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Be sure that any returns are shipped pre paid with a tracking number. We cannot issue returns on customised items.
